CU TR certificate. Changes in the technical regulations "About safety of packing".

The decision to change some of the provisions of the technical regulations " About safety of packing " was accepted by the Council of the Eurasian Economic Commission at its meeting of 17 December 2012. Among the amendments: Revised list of controlled items, which defines the scope of the technical regulations.

Council decided to reduce to zero the value of the customs duty for the import duties hydroxides and oxides of molybdenum. This innovation is designed to lower costs for the enterprises of iron imports of raw materials and improve the competitiveness of their products. Also remained zero tariff rate on imports of certain cars.

Validity of rates is extended to the end of 2014. ??? Council decision takes effect at the end of thirty days from the date of this publication.
