New technical regulations that are the subject of the latest CU Commission meeting: "Regulations on the safety of furniture", "the safety of small water vehicles (boats)", " on safety production of certain foods, particularly of dietary treatment and prevention products".

On the meeting of the Custom Union Commission, that was held on 18 October, the range of the document was approved.. These document strictly refer to the technical regulation that were adopted few months earlier. New technical regulations should be of particular interest to manufacturers of furniture, vessels of small size and producers of certain food products, in particular manufacturers of dietary products.

Here are the technical regulations that are the subject of the latest CU Commission meeting: "Regulations on the safety of furniture", "the safety of small water vehicles (boats)", " on safety production of certain foods, particularly of dietary treatment and prevention products".

Regulations on dietary measures will come into force July 1, 2013, rules and regulations for boats - January 1, 2014 and the regulations concerning furniture production - July 1, 2014. That means that the date of entry into force of the technical regulations will lead into effect new rules for the issuing order, kind of the certification of compliance with standards - mandatory or voluntary and regulations that say about the type and amount of the samples of the dietary measures that must be examined, in order do prove the compliance with the requirements of the subject quality. The Commission of the Customs Union has also set a transition period for each group of production.
