The prohibition on the import and export of the production, which contains substances that destroy the ozone layer, on the CU market.

Since 1 January 2013 in accordance with the Decision ¹ 158 Economic Commission of the Customs Union "On bringing amendments in sections 1.1 and 2.1 of the One list of goods, which have the obligatory additional control and restrictions concerning the import or export within the Eurasian Economic Community and the trade with third countries "dated 18 September 2012, on the territory of the Customs Union will be banned import of ozone-depleting substances, and those in which they are cooling agents, similar in its action to substances that deplete the ozone layer.


According to this document, in Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan will be prohibited import and export of ozone-depleting substances, such as fluorotrichloromethane, difluorodichloromethane, trifluorotrichloroethane, tetraftordihloretan pentaftorhloretan, diftorhlorbrommetan, etc. trifluorobrominemethane also prohibited the export and import of some sorts of products: air conditioners, refrigerators, freezers, heat pumps, coolers, freezers, coolers for milk products, liquid cooling, portable fire extinguishers in accordance with the tariff codes contained in the Commission Decision. This document was approved by the Board of ECE in order to fulfill obligations under the Montreal Convention on Substances that Deplete the Ozone Layer. It is worth mentioning that it will be permitted import and export of prohibited substances that will be used to produce other types of production.
