Obtainment Russian RTN permission

RTN permits to use can only be issued by RosTekhNadzor (Federal Service for Technological, Environmental and Nuclear Supervision) headquarters in Moscow. This will only be done on basis of a positive Expert Conclusion which is the result of a documentation review of the equipment by an RTN accredited expert organization.

Rostekhnadzor- RTN permission is a document certifying conformance of certain equipment (technical device, material) with the regulations of Rostekhnadzor in the field of industrial safety. The document (permit) authorizes the equipment use (operation) at hazardous production facilities supervised by the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision of the Russian Federation (ROSTEKHNADZOR).

The operating permit is issued by the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision based on industrial safety assessment conclusion, certificates of conformity and datasheets from a technical device manufacturer. Procedure and terms for issuing Permit of Use of Rostekhnadzor are subject to the "Administrative Regulations of the Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision on exercising the state function to issue Permit of Use for certain types of technical devices at hazardous production facilities".
